Formerly a lecturer and researcher, my expertise encompasses constitutional law, human rights, legal systems, and international economic and political development. Principal Attorney

Kaleab K. Ahmed, Ph.D.

Kaleab K. Ahmed is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York and Washington States and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Kaleab gained extensive experience in variety of fields by working for governmental and non-governmental institutions including law firms in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to opening his law firm, Kaleab was employed at various law firms in addition to spending a good deal of time in the academia. Kaleab earned his Master of Laws from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.

Active in the legal community, Kaleab is a member of the New York and Washington State Bar Associations, King County Bar Association, Washington State Associates for Justice, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Kaleab published extensively in the area of comparative law, politics, and social justice. Born and raised in Ethiopia, Kaleab is hard working, compassionate and enthusiastic about his service to his clients and community.
